SOLIDARITY WITH THE PALESTINIAN PEOPLE, WASHINGTON, DC - APRIL 19-22

The number of Palestinians who have been killed, injured, or lost their homes, livelihoods, and loved ones during Israel’s latest assault on the Occupied Territories will not

be known for some time, if ever.  The numbers will most certainly be high but they’ll never capture the misery, humiliation, death and destruction that Palestinians have

been through. Join the Committee in Solidarity with the Palestinian People (CISPP) in Washington, DC from April 19 to April 22 to hear about what the Palestinian

people have been going through, show solidarity with their resistance to the occupation, and protest war criminal Ariel Sharon’s speech to the American Israeli Public

Affairs Committee (AIPAC):

CONFERENCE ON “GLOBALIZATION, US MILITARISM, AND THE STRUGGLE FOR JUSTICE IN PALESTINE

International Students for Solidarity in Palestine (ISSP), at American University in Washington. D.C., will host a national student and activist conference on

Globalization, U.S. Militarism, and the Struggle for Justice in Palestine.  This national conference, co-sponsored by Students for Justice in Palestine and the

Berkeley Global Justice Coalition, will address the Palestinian struggle for self-determination and human rights and the ways in which this struggle is connected to

the movements against capitalist globalization and U.S. militarism.
