LEONARD PELTIER  AND THE
NATIVE AMERICAN FREEDOM STRUGGLE

For nearly 24 years Leonard Peltier has suffered in chains and behind bars because he dared to stand tall for his people and Mother Earth, and because he heeded the call of the traditional elders. The FBI calls Leonard Peltier a murderer, a “brutal thug,” and a “mad dog,” but the people know the truth; Leonard is a good man, a patriot and a true leader; this is the real reason Leonard remains imprisoned.
